Mourinho Agrees To Return To Madrid
Portuguese football manager José Mourinho has reportedly agreed to return to Real Madrid for a second spell as manager.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano shared this on X this Monday, saying Mourinho has reached a verbal agreement with the Spanish club on an initial two-year deal.
Reports say Mourinho is expected to travel to Madrid after Real Madrid’s final La Liga game against Athletic Bilbao, where final documents are expected to be completed before an official announcement.
The move intends to mark Mourinho’s return to the club more than a decade after his first spell between 2010 and 2013, where he won the La Liga title, Copa del Rey and the Spanish Super Cup.
Reports also say anticipation is already building among supporters as Real Madrid is expected to officially confirm the development in the coming days.
