Max Dowman Becomes Youngest Premier League Winner
Arsenal teenager, Max Dowman, has become the youngest player ever to win the English Premier League title after the club secured the trophy following Manchester City’s draw against Bournemouth on Tuesday.
The 16-year-old midfielder achieved the feat during Arsenal’s title-winning campaign, adding another milestone to a breakthrough season that has seen him set several age-related records in English football.
Dowman had earlier become the youngest player in Premier League history after making his debut in August 2025 at 15 years and 235 days old, before later becoming the league’s youngest goalscorer in March.
The Arsenal academy graduate will officially receive a winners’ medal after making the required five league appearances for the club this season.
Dowman’s rapid rise has made him one of the most highly rated young footballers in Europe, with Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta gradually introducing him into the first team.
