Iran’s new leader in a coma and has l0st a leg days after Trump k!lled his father

Mojtaba Khamenei, the newly appointed Supreme Leader of Iran, is reportedly in cr!tical condition after being w0unded in an airstr+ke.

Sources claim the 56-year-old son of the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei l0st at least one leg and also suffered sev+re injur!es to his stomach or liver.

It remains unclear whether he was !njured on the same day his 86-year-old father d!ed on February 28. Reports say he is currently unable to direct the country’s strategy amid ongoing t,ensions affecting global energy markets.

According to a source in Tehran, Mojtaba is receiving intensive care at Sina University Hospital, where a section of the facility has reportedly been sealed off under heavy security.

The source, who shared the information through an intermediary abroad due to Iran’s internet restrictions, said members of the hospital’s trauma team described his condition as “very serious.”

He is reportedly being treated by Mohammad Reza Zafargjani, Iran’s health minister and a trauma surgeon.

The source added that Mojtaba may have l0st one or two legs, s,uffered internal organ damage, and could currently be in a c0ma.
