11 Fulani Islamist Terrorists Travelling to Attack Church Die as Their Bombs Explode in Transit

No fewer than 11 suspected T3rrorists have died after an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated while they were allegedly transporting it for an attack in Zamfara State.

The explosion occurred near Babbar Doka village in the Dansadau Emirate of Maru Local Government Area, amid a resurgence of banditry and increasing use of explosives against churches and security forces in the state.

Locals said the suspects were moving through bush paths on motorcycles when the device detonated. “They were moving through the bush. The bomb went off with a deafening sound,” residents said.
