Cristiano Ronaldo’s £61 million Bombardier Global Express private jet quietly departed Riyadh at 8:00 pm on Monday and touched down in Madrid just before 1:00 am, flying west over Egypt and across the Mediterranean to safety.
The Saudi capital, where Ronaldo lives with Georgina Rodriguez and his five children, had just been str+ck by Iranian drones, two of which h!t the US Embassy in Riyadh overnight as the conflict entered its fourth consecutive day.
