Forbes tags Femi Otedola as Africa’s “poorest billionaire”
Forbes has released its 2026 Africa Billionaires list, and despite a collective wealth surge across the continent, Femi Otedola and Morocco’s Anas Sefrioui find themselves at the $1.3B mark.
After losing $200M from his Geregu Power stake, Otedola now sits at the bottom of the continent’s billionaire rankings.
