Captain Smart claims EOCO boss petitioned FBI to arr+st Shatta Wale even before his yellow Lamborghini landed in Ghana

Captain Smart has accused the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) boss, Raymond Archer, of orchestrating the arr+st of Shatta Wale over his yellow Lamborghini.

Speaking on ‘Onua Maakye’ on February 25, 2026, the media personality claimed that the EOCO boss was a bad person, as he alleged that he was behind the arr+st of Shatta Wale in connection with his yellow Lamborghini Urus.

According to him, Raymond Archer purportedly petitioned the FBI to arr+st the dancehall artist not long after his vehicle was shipped to Ghana.

He stated that, after thorough investigations, the FBI realised that the vehicle was genuinely purchased and there was no case of th+ft.
