-However, if electronic transmission fails due to communication or network issues, the manual result sheet (Form EC8A) will serve as the primary source for result collation.

-Meanwhile, protesters outside the National Assembly insist there should be no dual system of electronic and manual modes.

-They are insisting that if election results cannot be transmitted in real time, the affected polling unit should be cancelled and the election re-conducted the next day.
