APGA Primary: ASTUC President Vin Dike Emerges Winner For Nnewi Federal Constituency
The President of Anambra State Town Union Council, ASTUC, Sir Vin Dike, has officially been declared the winner of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) primary election for the Nnewi North/Nnewi South/Ekwusigo Federal Constituency.
He was declared winner on Monday, 25th May 2026, at the Nnewi South LGA Secretariat in Ukpor.
In a radio interview on Ijele FM this Tuesday, Dike commended the overall conduct of the primaries and expressed gratitude to the people of the constituency and the party for the confidence reposed in him.
Dike secured the House of Representatives ticket by polling 5,780 votes, defeating his closest contender, Uchenna Eleodimmuo, who garnered 4,510 votes.
Recall that the primaries took place on Saturday, 23rd May 2026, at the 42 political wards in the Nnewi North, Nnewi south and Ekwusigo Federal constituency.
