Tinubu Doesn’t Fully Trust Me – Cubana Chief Priest
Socialite and businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has claimed that President Bola Tinubu does not fully trust him because of his previous support for Peter Obi during the 2023 presidential election.
Cubana Chief Priest made the remark during a livestream session with popular streamer Peller in a video that surfaced online this Wednesday, where he said the president still viewed him with suspicion over his past political stance.
The businessman, who now serves as the Imo State Coordinator of the Pro-Tinubu City Boys Movement, explained that he later switched allegiance because he did not want to remain on the losing side politically.
He also dismissed Obi’s chances ahead of the 2027 presidential election, describing the former Anambra State governor as “not serious” and insisting that “the serious people will win.”
The comments have since generated mixed reactions online, with some critics accusing him of political opportunism while supporters defended his position.
