She was arraigned before the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, by the EFCC today May 15, over an alleged N36 million fraud.
She is accused of obtaining the sum of N36m from one Mrs. Ifeyinwa Nonye Okoye under the false pretence of leasing a six-bedroom detached duplex in Lekki and then fraudulently converted the money for her own use.
The judge ordered that she be remanded in EFCC custody until June 5 for the commencement of trial
