Lawyers representing the African Democratic Congress (ADC) have formally written to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, urging the judiciary to ensure the timely delivery of judgment in the ongoing leadership dispute case between former Senate President David Mark and Nafiu Bala over the control and leadership structure of the party.
