Federal High Court Clears Abba Kyari of 23-Count Charge
A Federal High Court in Abuja has acquitted suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari of alleged non-declaration of assets.
Justice James Omotosho ruled that the NDLEA failed to provide evidence linking Kyari to the properties mentioned in the 23-count charge and also cleared his brothers of conspiracy.
